Under NSW SEPP (Affordable Rental Housing), secondary dwellings up to 60sqm on lots of 450sqm or more can be approved as Complying Development — bypassing the DA queue entirely and getting a private certifier's tick in as little as 10 business days. Standard setback requirements apply (3m rear, side setbacks per the SEPP). Antco Fitouts manages the full CDC pathway: site assessment, documentation, certifier engagement, and approval — handled before a slab is poured.
