A Balmain couple wanted an independent studio dwelling in their backyard for a parent, without compromising the heritage-character garden. The challenge: a narrow side access and a slope that required a suspended slab.
The kitchen and bathroom vanity were built in our workshop, sized to the millimetre for the compact footprint. No standard carcass fits a 60m² build without compromise — we don't compromise.
