The brief

A professional services firm moving from a tired CBD tenancy to a purpose-built floor in North Sydney. Six private offices, a boardroom, and a client-facing reception — all within a spec lease that required make-good at exit.

What we built

  • — Framed glass partition offices with integrated venetian blinds
  • — Custom joinery boardroom table and credenza

  • — Acoustic ceiling tiles over open plan
  • — Full communications and AV rough-in and install
In-house joinery advantage

The boardroom table is 4.2m of solid American oak — built in two halves in our workshop, joined on-site, and finished in place. It stays when the lease ends. The client bought it outright.
